Change calculation balance impacts

The balance calculation seems to struggle with a mixture of change and spends coming from and going to two addresses in the same wallet. Example: https://www.spacescan.io/address/xch17twueuykc4s0rnft5ks9vqlljq5r7pmtuvxdn50uq3qcn7vmfavqswg9k2 In this scenario, I used either “Sweep” or “Combine” in Sage wallet to consolidate all of the coins to one address. After combining the coin value into a transaction going to nj7, the coin’s contribution to the balance is not removed.

Add support for historical balance for a given wallet address and timestamp

This api should support getting wallet address and a timestamp and return the historical balance for that wallet and provided timestamp if historical balance can be also provided for all tokens that this wallet holds for that given timestamp that would be better

Tokens Tab should show balances with maximum precision

CAT2 TAIL puzzle displayed on CAT2 page

On CAT2 info page display the type of TAIL it has (if a known standard puzzle, like GENESIS_WITH_COIN_ID or DELEGATED_TAIL or GENESIS_BY_PUZZLE_HASH or EVERYTHING_WITH_SINGLETON_TAIL or other known tails with available source code) together with a link to the source code, the arguments (solution) used to mint, and whether future minting is possible or not. This last piece of information is especially valuable to users.
